Tom Long (born August 3, 1968 – died January 4, 2019) is an Australian-American TV and Film Actor based in Boston, United States. His career’s breakthrough TV show is “SeaChange” (1998-2000) aired on the ABC channel.
Later on, he also approached the “Young Lions: program too. Tom did a few Australian movies “The Book of Revelation”, “Two Hands”, “The Dish” and “Black Jack: Ghosts”. However, he stopped acting in 2012.
He collapsed during his performance in the Sydney Opera House. Still, Tom diagnosed with multiple myeloma (incurable blood cancer). He consulted the specialist doctor and went chemotherapy session and bone marrow transplant.
On the other hand, the doctors told him he had only 3-12 months to live. Tom traveled for the medical trial in Seattle, Washington. He announced cancer-free by the doctors’ team. Though, he died due to encephalitis on January 4, 2020.
