Lena Moi Daniel (born in 1939 – died in July 2004) was a Kenyan Teacher based in Kenya. She was the wife of Daniel Arap Moi (Second President, Kenya). Moreover, Arap was the longest-serving President of the Kenya region (1978-2002).
From1976-1978, he served as the third Vice President of the nation. However, he accused of the corruption charges in his time. Some human rights organizations filed cases against him and his sons.
His name also dragged in the Goldenberg Scandal of the 1990s. Inquires started against him evidences also collected in the case. In August 2017, he diagnosed with dementia. He hospitalized in the critical condition in The Nairobi Hospital.
After the knee surgery, he discharged from the hospital. However, he declared dead by The Nairobi Hospital doctors on February 4, 2020. On the other hand, Lena also passed away in 2004 due to illness.
