Slade Morrison (born in 1965) was an American Author, Musician, and Painter from the United States. He is best known as the Son of Toni Morrison (Novelist). Furthermore, he is the writer of books like The Tortoise or The Hare, The Big Box, Penny Butter Fudge, and Please Louise.

Toni also declared dead at the Montefiore Medical Center, New York on August 5, 2019. Her publisher Alfred A. Knoph confirmed about her death.

The Morrison family members issued a statement and her death cause is the short illness. She devoted her life as a mom and grandmother to her children and grandchildren. Additionally, she spent her maximum time in reading books at home.

Toni’s family thanked everyone for their love and support. Now, they need privacy to mourn on her death. Opera Winfrey dedicated an Instagram post to Toni. In addition to this, she also appreciated her work in the literature.
